PITTECHS / AI BUILD REVIEW

Tell us what you shipped and where it breaks.

A few focused questions: what exists today, what goes wrong, which tools and data the feature touches, and roughly how big it is. The size questions are how you get a fixed price instead of a range. You get that price and the scope back in writing, and nothing starts until you agree to it.

Sending an agency or consultancy client’s scope instead of your own? Same form, say so in the first question, and see how we work behind partners.

Usually 3 to 5 minutes. Short answers are fine
Read by the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team
Describe the workflow and the stack, not customer records or secrets

What happens next

Describe the system, not private records.

Do not paste passwords, API keys, access tokens, customer records, health or financial account data, or confidential client material. Describe the workflow, the tools and the shape of the data at a high level. We agree handling boundaries in writing before anything sensitive moves, and we sign an NDA on request.

We reply with a fixed price and a scope, or with an honest note that this is not a fit, including if the right answer is something we do not sell. If we cannot work well in your stack, we say that before you pay rather than learn it on your budget.

Plain English is fine. PitTechs can sort out the technical shape later.
