AI automation for independent practices and small clinics.
For independent practices and small clinics. A senior engineer scopes the work, at a fixed price agreed in writing before any work starts.
Start with a reviewThree workflows we usually build first
- Retrieval over your own policy documents. A question system that searches your own documents and returns answers with citations so you can check them.
- Intake that stops being retyped. New patient forms arrive as paper or email. Extract them into structured data, then insert into your practice management system.
- Recall lists that get worked. A list of patients that needs action, sorted by urgency and reason, updated from your records.
What we will not build here, on any budget
- Clinical judgment stays with a clinician. Nothing we build diagnoses, triages, chooses a treatment, or submits a coding or billing determination without a clinician reviewing it. This is a rule, not a preference, and it does not move for a budget.
- Patients hear from your practice, not from software. No patient-facing chatbot answering medical questions, and nothing that contacts a patient on its own. Software can prepare the message and a person sends it.
- Your records stay behind the paperwork. No write access to your EHR, and no protected health information before a scope is signed, the handling boundaries are agreed in writing, and a BAA is in place.
How your data is handled
- No PHI before a signed scope and written handling boundaries. Send the shape of the problem. The rest comes after paper.
- Handling boundaries and an NDA, both in writing before anything sensitive moves.
- Your records, your infrastructure. Nothing proprietary in the middle. If we disappeared tomorrow, your team picks the work up from where it sits.
- Read-only and scoped access, never admin credentials, and never before a scope is signed.
If a review finds that the right first move is not software at all, you get that in writing. That happens, and it is a finding rather than a failure.
